You may want to contact your buyers and let them know your mistake. Have them both open a return to send the items back. Ask them if they still want the item they bought, if not you will be refunding upon return. If they do want their original items …reship.
This scenario is why I package items and print labels for my orders one at a time.

I did this once in the 'old days' without realizing it. One buyer kept the $50 comic for $6, the other left me negative feedback and got a refund. Painful. Sorry it happened to you.
That lesson has me doing what ebooksdiva suggests ever since. One order, one print, one pack, label ON the box with tape....THEN the next order. A stack of comic orders, same title, different issue #s was the worst.

I suggest refunds so they don't do the negative feedback. It's painful I understand. It something of a mess.
Buyers do not want to have to return something that has to be repacked, taped and dropped off to be mail.
You can ask for buyers to return items but buyers are already mad.
In my opinion, to save yourself two possible negative feedbacks I would refund and later hope buyers return items.
Buyers might open case as item not as described and have to refund them anyway. Maybe buyers will be a little more understanding.
In my opinion, I wouldn't even wait for an email from buyers...I would just refund immediately...just my opinion.
I made a few mistakes and do the refund instead of waiting for an answer from a buyer. I have learned from experienced while losing funds.
