Has anyone been having problems getting cut off from shipping through ebay? A paypal rep was helping me change the primary email address to mine instead of my husband's. She said we couldn't enter my address as it was associated with an old account. I never had any other account but she said she would just cancel it so I could enter it. That apparently started this whole problem. Ebay said the only way to fix it was on paypal's end and paypal said it could only be resolved on ebay's end!! I now believe it is on paypal's end and they are close to impossible to reach. I am currently on a call back wait of 2- 3 hours!! So while I am sitting here frustrated, on one of my earlier phone call to ebay, the rep told me other sellers were experiencing a similar issue with paypal. Has anyone else recently experienced this sort of issue and has it been resolved?
