Partial return

Make the return of the item but paypal made a partial refund thinking that I would keep the item, I need to recover the rest of the payment

Did you open a return case in eBay?  Or in Paypal?

Why did Paypal think you would be keeping the item? For them to have made a partial refund it seems you would have had to work this out with your seller. Did you file a case and agree to a partial refund?
Have you sent the item back? If so, how did you get the shipping label? Was it paid for by you or by the seller?

Itcould be seller made the refund of the item not the original shipping,some seller also charges a restocking fee .

It usually tells you how much you’re going to get back for your refund. This sounds like the OP agreed to a partial refund  thinking they were going to keep it but then decided to send it back. I guess we won’t find out because they haven’t been back.
