Re: Partial refund

Looking at your sold items I don’t see anything that qualifies for Media Mail. If you used Media Mail and the post office looks into it they will charge you for insufficient postage to you through your eBay account or your buyer. They will apply Priority postage and that’s what you or your buyer will be charged for.
Below is a list of items that qualifies for media mail.

  • Books (at least 8 pages).
  • Sound recordings and video recordings, such as CDs and DVDs.
  • Play scripts and manuscripts for books, periodicals, and music.
  • Printed music.
  • Computer-readable media containing prerecorded information and guides or scripts prepared solely for use with such media.
  • Sixteen millimeter or narrower width films.
  • Printed objective test materials and their accessories.
  • Printed educational reference charts.
  • Loose-leaf pages and their binders consisting of medical information for distribution to doctors, hospitals, medical schools, and medical students.

Re: Partial refund

It is  the scrapbooking set, right? I don't think those are allowed to be shipped via Media Mail. Anyone...???

ETA: Sorry, @ebooksdiva... I crossposted while you answered my question, too. LOL

You are correct…Scrapbooks are not media therefore do not qualify.
