Elect to print the shipping label for one item and put in the new weight and package size. Buy and print the label and add that tracking number to the remaining item. It will update as shipped.
For the refund select one of the items from sold and under the blue link select refund. ( it's towards the bottom) At the top of the refund page you have to select the reason - shipping refund and add the amount.
