Partial refund

Buyer wanted to return... I accepted.. Now buyer wants to keep item with only a partial 50% refund.. I agree to that as well.. But can not find the option on dashboard??? Help please

Once you've accepted a return on eBay, there is no mechanism to offer a partial refund via eBay.

So, if you want to do a partial refund, you would do it through PayPal.
