I'd have never signed up for the eBay managed payments had I known I could no longer partially refund a buyer for shipping. I also have used partial refunds in the past when a buyer wanted to return something because they changed their mind. I would offer to let them keep the item sometimes at half the cost.... This is a huge deal. Fix it eBay!!

You have the glitches RIGHT. I had to initiate my first return and have tried FIVE flipping times to print the return shipping label. It comes out huge and on 2 pages?!?
Your printer is trying to print the label as actual size (or what it thinks is actual size). Go into your printer settings and find the checkbox for "Fit to Page" or "Shrink to Fit" or similar. Check that, and the printer will now reduce the label to fit the size of the paper you're printing on.

I click download and then print from the download(and you can reprint endlessly if you damage label-that also gives easy access to return tracking number for your records)

Hi @lisagaylesmith, this option is available in your Orders section of Seller Hub. The dropdown menu to the left of each item that has been paid for lets you select to Send Refund. I just checked on your account and this option is showing for me. If you are having trouble locating it, I recommend you contact Customer Service so our Manage Payments teams can walk you through the process of issuing a partial refund.
