Part of order is wrong

I bought a complete delete kit for my truck, it came pretty quickly in 3 boxes. I took the kit to the garage that was going to install it and they installed the exhaust system that was in 2 of the boxes. Then they started to work on the engine section of the kit but when they opened up the 3rd box it is the wrong kit. My truck is a 2013 and the kit they sent is for a 2012 and will not work on my truck. I have tried to contact the seller but they will not answer or acknowledge the messages. What can I do???

Who in the world gets an item and doesn't check to make sure it's the right item or it's all there before using it?

It gets messy is they installed any of it already.  Your going to have to file an item not as described case.  If you have to return it, it will be at the seller's expense. The rub is your supposed to return it in the same condition as received. Still, buyers almost never lose such cases.   Always inspect items in great detail to be sure they are correct before starting to do anything with them. File the case in the resolution center.   Link at bottom of page
