my buyer received a damaged item,Packlink firstly said photo as not enough,i sent more ,

 they now saying i will not get a refund as as not packed properly it  was in 2 mailing bags?

they say it should be boxed to cover you,

You are in the U.K. and asking this on the U.S. site so I would know nothing about how Packlink works. Maybe another person from the U.K. can offer some assistance but better yet sign out of this U.S. ebay site and then sign into the U.K. site and contact your ebay customer assistance and/or Packlink there.
