My package has the correct shipping label destination but Usps has sent it to California and was supposed to be delivered in Pennsylvania.

There have been issues with this for years in the USPS.
(Love em or hate them, its a busy place)
Confused zip codes and poor sorting.
The problem will be corrected, may take longer to be delivered...
How long has it been?
Is it stuck somewhere?

This happens from time to time. Not too often. It will bounce back to PA soon enough because it has nowhere else to go.

Happening a lot right now. One was sent to Texas, arrived in Texas, then got sent to Rhode Island, then finally back to Texas. One was supposed to get Delivered to California today but ended up in Hawaii, now it's going back to California. It will get there, it's just going to be a day or two late.

This usually happens when the package ends up in the wrong sorting bin, or when it gets stuck to another package.
As others said, USPS will figure this out, usually at a local PO level, then they'll send the package back in the right direction.
If you're the seller and your buyer is asking then let them know it was mis-routed but should be back on track within a few days.

I have one that was going to Indy. It got there quickly.
Just had to go across town(city) to get there on time.
Instead it went to Kansas, on a vacay, and is now back in Indy after 12 days.
Processed too late to go to the "unit", and get delivered today. Maybe Monday.
Just a wonderful time of year.
Basically a repeat of last year when a package was at the last stop before the "unit" in TN, and went on a multiple stop, multiple state tour before returning back to TN yo get delivered to the buyer many days late.

Welcome to the wonderful world of the USPS at Christmas time.
