Package stuck in USORDA for 2 weeks.

I've ordered a package from Illinois.

The estimated (latest) delivery date was on the 24th, here in South Korea.

Is it that busy over in USORDA? I've never heard of a package being stuck for that long.

How do I get a hold of those people?

If you check around on various buy sell forums, there are quite a few indications that O'Hare airport customs can be a nightmare.  I wonder if the partial government shutdown has any effect on this?
