Package not moving

I bought a package a week ago but it's stuck on 'tracking number provided', should I worry about it? I'm afraid the package is lost, or is it just not being scanned?

or is it just not being scanned?  This is the most likely thing. USPS is still a mess in some locations and things are moving but not being scanned. Had an item go from "in USPS possession" to "delivered" 3 weeks later with nothing in between.

or is it just not being scanned?  This is the most likely thing. USPS is still a mess in some locations and things are moving but not being scanned. Had an item go from "in USPS possession" to "delivered" 3 weeks later with nothing in between.

You can also try a call the the 800 number on the USPS web site. They can pull up a lot more info than what is on line. I have had packages get "unstuck"  with them before.

You call the 800 number 🙂

You can also send a request via their website. I was able to get a package 'unstuck' by putting in a case via the tracking #.
