Out of date shipping rules

I have too many shipping rules created over time. Some are out of date ( parcel post, first class), no longer used, and they have zero items listed associated with them. I would like to eliminate these and clean up my shipping rules, but have not found a way to delete them. Anyone know? Am I missing something? TIA

I found my answer to this question, someone else asked  on Apr 24 as well. Shipping rules can be deleted/modified  in My Ebay>Business policies>Shipping.
