Since beginning of May, the orders that have already been shipped show up in the submenu "awaiting shipment". The have the tracking number and the label "shipped", but still, it is confusing, if not alarming, to see them there. Has anyone experience the same thing?

We are suffering this issue for more than a week. This situation is confusing for daily operations and brings us potential problems to identify what was dispatched and what was not. Please fix it urgently. Thank you so much and we are waiting for good news.

So eBay is apparently working on this, the order I shipped out duplicates of on Friday is still showing under my awaiting shipments today, three days later. This is a big issue for sellers that sell multiples of the same item each day. When is this going to be fixed. It would be helpful to hear back from a Moderator with an update!

At this point I'm assuming they're focusing on updating the definition of "ASAP" on wikipedia instead... Ebay should be paying for everyone's repeatedly shipped orders and postage due to this issue IMO.

Is this going to count against my seller rating? Duplicate items were shipped together right away, positive feedback received from the buyer, yet the listing still shows as not shipped, no matter how many times I mark it as shipped!

From what I can tell, it's items where a shipping label was cancelled and a different shipping label was purchased, resulting in there being two tracking numbers associated with the item. Ebay does not allow the cancelled labels tracking number to be removed so I assume the system is seeing a tracking label showing as never picked up/scanned by usps so putting it in the awaiting shipment category even though there is another shipping label tracking number showing as picked up or delivered.

I have just checked from my internal tools and could see that similar complaints have been received from other sellers as well and our technical team has identified it as a potential site wide technical issue and they are working on their best while I'm sharing this, to resolve this on priority.

FYI.. this started happening for me in the last couple of days. Sounds like the bug is back.

Just happened to me right now for one (1) item-----but the tracking number is in there when clicking "add tracking" and the purchased label is inside my Payments section. More bugs discovered inside other areas of the new software (I have a couple).
