A while back I shipped an order of four items, but it's still on my Awaiting shipment page. It even says 'Shipped on Aug 30' where it normally would say 'Ship by ...' if it wasn't shipped yet. Tracking is added to all the items in the order. I've readded tracking, but this doesn't change anything. When I check the tracking, I can see that it's already reached its destination country and is in customs.
Today I saw a notification on the overview that I had an item to ship within 24 hrs, which is regarding the order above. Anyone else have this problem? I've already contacted eBay and they said they would look into it, but I don't want to get into any trouble for late shipping when that clearly isn't the case.

My kneejerk reaction: Can you go into Seller Hub/Orders/Awaiting shipment and use the drop down menu to 'Mark as shipped' (even though you've added Tracking) on the items in question??

I had done so immediately after adding the tracking, but it didn't change anything. Just tried it again and now it's in the Paid and shipped tab... Weird situation but thanks for your help!

Hey @catchprojecten I'm glad to hear you got it to display correctly with that workaround! IF you happen to run across this issue again, I would recommend contacting our Customer Service and let them know you are experiencing ALERT14560 so you can get added to the ticket.
