Opting Out eBay International Shipping only for a certain item

Hi,

I would like to use eBay International Shipping for the most of my items. However, sometimes I sell items that can't be shipped internationally. For example,  I'm selling an alligator watch strap which is prohibited to ship Internationally due to CITES regulations. I couldn't find an option to select domestic shipping only in the listing page. It seems like only way is to Opt Out eBay International Shipping for all of my items. 

Does anybody know how to fix this issue?

Go to the listing and set up exclusions. Exclude every country. That will prevent eIS from appearing on those listings.

If you use business policies, you will have to create a copy of the policy and apply exclusions, then apply that policy just to listings you can't / won't ship internationally.
