Seems like I’m not the only one experiencing issues with SpeedPAK. My $400 package (Real Carbon Fiber side skirts) was out for delivery on Nov 3rd, 2022, the postal man came by my house at 4:40pm to deliver a different package with clothes, but no side skirts. When I check the tracking it was still ‘out for delivery.’ Nov 8th rolled by, still nothing and tracking still ‘out for delivery.’
I messaged the seller informing them that the package has been stuck for 5 days and ask them to check. Oddly, 6 hours later the tracking updated saying package was delivered on Nov 3rd at 4:40pm in my mailbox, which is impossible to fit in. Seller then responded that tracking shows it has been delivered….
I responded that the package never arrived nor could the package fit in my mailbox. Asked the seller to contact SpeedPAK and get ahold of the USPS tracking number. Seller has yet to respond.
When I checked my security camera’s I could see that after the postal man dropped off mail at the mailbox he drove straight to my house at 4:44pm to deliver my clothes package, but no side skirts.
I went to the USPS carrier annex office and spoke to them and my postal man. They said they could not trace the package since it is not in their system, they need a USPS number. The postal man also does not recollect seeing the package. They advised me to call the USPS CS line, they also did not provide much help other than trying to contact SpeedPAK for the USPS number.
Whats odd is that before 4:44pm when the postal man came by my house, he was putting mail in the mailbox and that would take several minutes. If the SpeedPAK tracking says it was delivered ‘in/at mailbox’ at 4:40pm, I believe the seller scammed me and sent a small envelope to a different address so it would be impossible to file a eBay protection claim and I would have no proof they sent the wrong item.
I emailed orangeconnex SpeedPAK CS today, hopefully they respond and provide a USPS number. But I’ll ask my neighbors if they received an odd package and hope that they still have it…
Not sure what else to do here. Filing a BOFA credit card dispute might also be difficult since tracking says it was delivered.
Any advice?

That means it was delivered to your local post office. Your local post office will deliver it to you. Patience.
