Hello,

Seems like I’m not the only one experiencing issues with SpeedPAK. My $400 package (Real Carbon Fiber side skirts) was out for delivery on Nov 3rd, 2022, the postal man came by my house at 4:40pm to deliver a different package with clothes, but no side skirts. When I check the tracking it was still ‘out for delivery.’ Nov 8th rolled by, still nothing and tracking still ‘out for delivery.’

I messaged the seller informing them that the package has been stuck for 5 days and ask them to check. Oddly, 6 hours later the tracking updated saying package was delivered on Nov 3rd at 4:40pm in my mailbox, which is impossible to fit in. Seller then responded that tracking shows it has been delivered….

I responded that the package never arrived nor could the package fit in my mailbox. Asked the seller to contact SpeedPAK and get ahold of the USPS tracking number. Seller has yet to respond.

When I checked my security camera’s I could see that after the postal man dropped off mail at the mailbox he drove straight to my house at 4:44pm to deliver my clothes package, but no side skirts.

I went to the USPS carrier annex office and spoke to them and my postal man. They said they could not trace the package since it is not in their system, they need a USPS number. The postal man also does not recollect seeing the package. They advised me to call the USPS CS line, they also did not provide much help other than trying to contact SpeedPAK for the USPS number.

Whats odd is that before 4:44pm when the postal man came by my house, he was putting mail in the mailbox and that would take several minutes. If the SpeedPAK tracking says it was delivered ‘in/at mailbox’ at 4:40pm, I believe the seller scammed me and sent a small envelope to a different address so it would be impossible to file a eBay protection claim and I would have no proof they sent the wrong item.

I emailed orangeconnex SpeedPAK CS today, hopefully they respond and provide a USPS number. But I’ll ask my neighbors if they received an odd package and hope that they still have it…

Not sure what else to do here. Filing a BOFA credit card dispute might also be difficult since tracking says it was delivered.

Any advice?

Also I received USPS Informed Delivery emails and it only shows the tracking for the clothes package nothing for the side skirts tracking.

Put in your long SpeedPAK tracking number ES1 . . . A0N here, then jump to the "Additional information" section at the bottom of the page @stvnsnton to see if that's your ZIP code plus 4 digits, which is the same ZIP+4 code for you and some of your neighbors.

Is the tracking number in your order details? Is the number the same as the package you received?

If it was me I would file a not as described claim and send the items you didn’t order.

I never received the package. The package I received that day was only the clothes I ordered.

I was supposed to receive two packages (clothes and CF side skirts) that day. The ebay seller purposely sent the package to one of my neighbors house so they have evidence that I ‘received’ it. Right now I’m asking my neighbors if they received any odd mail (such as a soap bar, empty envelope, etc) that is sent to their house address but not under their name. Its been a week since it was delivered, but so far the neighbors that answered their door said they did not received anything.

I poked around speedtraks site and found:

SpeedPAK USA tracking

SpeedPAK is delivered by USPS in United States. Right now SpeedPAK does not provide USPS tracking number and all tracking information you can get is only from SpeedPAK itself.

Unfortunately, I have the feeling your going to lose this one. Unless you can see something from them showing an incorrect address.

this is one of the many reason I will not buy from a Chinese seller.

Did you speak with the carrier? Perhaps they delivered it to the wrong house? A neighbor. Is it possible it was deliverd to 18 Elm Pl. instead of 18 Elm St.? Goodluck.

I was able to get ahold of Orange Connex (SpeedPAK) and they provide the USPS tracking number. I called USPS CS phone and they told me that the package address was not the same as my address, but they could not tell me where it was sent to. So I went directly to my USPS Carrier Annex and the front lady was able to provide me the address, which was 3.5 miles or 10 min drive away from my house, it was a small envelope-size package. USPS created a case investigation and I was supposed to hear back for official documentation but haven't heard back.

Update 11-25-22.

The eBay rep, Alliyah, for some reason ignored all the documents I provided and favored the seller. I submitted an appeal and the appeal representative was then able to verify the USPS and SpeedPak tracking, and resolved the case in my favor (buyer), deeming the SpeedPAK tracking from the seller invalid.

Unfortunately, the seller didn't pay the refund, and doesn't even know that there was an appeal.

The rules are, if the seller or a buyer wins their appeal, eBay pays for the appeal, because eBay or its bot was wrong in the original decision.

So the buyer got -- a courtesy refund.

And the seller got -- away.

The OP must've posted as I was writing mine. Sorry to hear the seller was awarded... Especially after the OP submitted all of the substantiating info to CS. Glad the OP got a refund, but yeah... Seller gets away Scot free.

Is it possible to asked seller show the package weigh from SpeedPak platform by video(Not picture,Because. Picture easy to change some details)? Each seller have SpeedPak shipping account. SpeedPak account record each track number package weight by Kg and shipping fee and date and time. You can use it to compare yourside details. Example . If the package weight similar with your goods weight. It can proof that the seller sent real package to you. If the package weight more different. Maybe. The seller sent to your shortage goods?
