Shipping label voided, haven't heard anything from FedEx.

I had to void a shipping label within 30 minutes of it's issue. It's been about 3 weeks but I've heard nothing from eBay or FedEx (the shipping label was with FedEx). Do I contact eBay, FedEx or both?
