i have one Problem with a seller on Ebay. In december 2018 i bayed 2 camera (wifi) for 80 usd for a Christmas gift. When we put the Cameras on the House,
one Camera was working for 1 week and then nothing. We contact the seller and they recommended to put the Camera on the Cable. It was a little bit weard because we buyed a wifi Camera and we don't want to use a Cable, but we tried then with a Cable and still doesn't work. We send to the seller a lot of videos and they told us we have to wait a few days because they will ask her own expert abaut it.At the end they said , that we should repair her or they will give me 5& refund. We told the seller that the coast were to big and we want to return the camera. They didn't want the Camera and they refund me 28 usd when i was angry. A month later also the second Camera was not working anymore. Again we make a report at the seller, to return both items, because this is not normal and we realy dont want it this was anymore. We had to wait again for a few days and than they wanted again, that we make a repair on our own. We don't want to make i repair, because we buyed this item to use them, not to have problems with it! But than we did a visit by the expert to make a assessment of costs. Coats for a repair for both Cameras were 197€. We send the copy of the assessment to the seller, but they did not respond anything else like its to expense for them. And now we wrote a lot of email but they don't respond anymore. We will send both Cameras back and we wil the rest of 50&. What can we do now? What are our options? We have all email, videos and a stamped assessment of coats . What can we do? Thank you.
