Not able to print shipping labels on Ebay

Not able to print shipping labels for USPS or Fedex on Ebay site.  Called Ebay and they have no clue.  Anyone else having the same problem?

Had this problem briefly early last week. Went on to Paypal site and printed shipping label. No problem, & just as easy, maybe easier. Good luck.

Could be a temporary glitch.

I get that every once in a while.  I just try again later.  If you have a 1 day handling time, you have until Monday to ship.

Had this happen on Friday morning. Then I looked in the right upper corner of the label printing page and noticed, it was set to "SAVE AS PDF." When I changed that to be connected to the printer, it printed just fine. Not saying that you will have to do the same, but I had to save a form as a pdf doc a few days earlier, and now it automatically made it a default, so I have to change it back to printer each time I am printing a label here.

I've had periodic issues getting USPS labels to  print via the command on the label screen (only ship via USPS) I  now go to the Menu button for my browser (Firefox) on the drop down there is a print command and my labels always print  without issue (so far).

Used to go to my second  brower (IE) but this way  is easier & simpler.

open the transaction and it will give you a print shipping label option

I’m trying to print my first thermal label and this is what I’m getting.

looks how it's suppose to look, but some don't get the receipt part, label only

If you do not need the actual physical receipt part of label there is an option to "print label without receipt." That will enable you to print 2 labels for each 8 1/2 x 11 sheet, a true cost savings.
