No shipping options when i try to list items fro sale

Hi,

Just started to list some item and i have absolutely no shipping option. Zero, Nothing!

What gives? how am i supposed to give shipping options and price?

I tried looking at my site prefs but that was rediculous and over complicated and got me nowhere.

Any help appreciated! just want to get shipping cost back so i can list items.

Will need more info than "no shipping options".

For example, do you choose a shipping option, then the listing form refreshes and wipes out the data? If that's the case, it's because the seller's account is opted in to business policies but they're trying to list with the quick listing tool which doesn't support business policies.

So you can either switch to Seller Hub and the unified (business) listing tool, or you can opt out of biz policies and keep using the quick lister.

There should be an error message at the top of the listing form that directs you Seller Hub and the unified lister.

Manage and edit biz policies, or disable them to go back to how you used to set up your listings on this page.

If that doesn't solve your problem you'll have to provide more info, including basics like whether you're using website or app and what specifically is happening, whether or not you tried a different browser and had the same results.

Hi,

only options are to select size of parcel but that still doesn’t give me any shipping options or prices? And I can’t put a price in myself anywhere.

i can only select local pickup 

been using and listing on eBay for over 20 years never had this issue before!

no error codes or anything just simply no options or shipping lists like usual

Double-check that you won't have a typo in the package weight or dimensions which would make it too large or too heavy to ship.

I've had that happen a few times to me. It is usually an error that you haven't spotted, or something that was prefilled in by ebay that causes that option/problem.  Put the listing into draft mode, then reopen it and your problem disappears.(hopefully).  It always cleared up for me.
