No return shipping label

Somebody please help

I got an e-mail saying that the seller provided a return label and he did not.

On my return detail page I have only mark as shipped and no other option.

What can I do? I my country I can not call 866 number. Is there a way to email eBay and ask or help because I don't have the option to ask them to step in beacuse I am supposed to ship it?

You should find the shipping label on your eBay messages.  Did you look there?

You can log into eBay.uk and contact them via chat or email. If you use Facebook you can send them a message there too. Unless the seller is in Serbia, no label was issued and the seller is trying to trick you & eBay.
