Anyone had any luck adding extra shipping cost to U.S protectorate states like AK, HI and PR? It's funny how eBay give the option to add "each additional cost xxx" to domestic shipping program and forgot to do the same to international & U.S protectorate, now we have tons of customers taking advantage on ebay's loophole. Any insight???

Alaska and Hawaii are not US Protectorates.

you can filter them out and choose not to sell to Alaska,Hawaii, and territories.

True but they are states and not territories.

Adding another item to orders from the STATES of Alaska and Hawaii and the US territories is easy. You just put in the zip codes like you would if mailing to Ohio or Idaho. They are all domestic addresses. The same holds true with APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
International is a bit more problematic but still not rocket science.

The op has free freight shipping on their items so probably wants to charge more to the areas they mentioned when more than one item is ordered. Can that be done on those new rate sheets?? (I think that’s what they’re called)

You can use the rate tables to set surcharges for those areas if you want. https://www.ebay.com/ship/rt
I don't use them but I am going to assume that this works.

From my experience it is more of a headache that it is worth. I personally will only ship to continental US anymore. You can block places like AK, HI, and PO boxes from buying from you if you want.
How is it a headache? I'm in Ohio. Alaska and Hawaii are both zone 8, so is California , Oregon and Washington. P.O. boxes are the safest places to ship to and are no more problem or cost than to ship to any other address in that zip code.
Also to exclude these is to exclude APO/FPO addresses and I would NEVER exclude our military. True some items may need a customs form but that takes mere seconds to fill out, a minute tops. A small cost in time for what they do for us. Shipping to them cost no more than shipping to the West coast, East coast or great lakes region and in some cases it costs less.

I ship stuff via USPS Priority mail service to Guam a US Protectorate not real far from Japan for the same price as I ship to California or Hawaii or Alaska
No up charge to ship to Puerto Rico.
Why do you feel you need to add addition shipping costs?

The OP sells large, heavy items so is using FedEx, not USPS.
