Not sure what's going on since they changed the stupid interface. Had a guy buy like 12 things on separate transactions. I need to send him an invoice with combined shipping, and there's just no option to do that like there used to be. The closest thing I can find is to contact buyer. Is there something I'm missing?

Yep, checked there. No option to send an invoice. It's completely gone.

Did you scroll down to see the options below report buyer?

Yep, just "view order details" and "archive."

Nothing here either.

What about from the buyer's side - can they request an invoice from their purchase history page?
I realize that's not ideal, just trying to figure out how to get you through this order. Since it's a holiday weekend, any eBay issue isn't likely to be addressed for a couple of days.

As a buyer, I have experienced for many months that if a seller has the items listed as "immediate payment required" the option for seller to send or change an invoice does not exist, nor can a buyer "request total" although all of the items are currently in my cart!

One more idea. Try this direct link:
https://www.ebay.com/sirt/si/view?from=sp%09&itemId=ENTERITEMIDHERE&transId=ENTERTRANSACTIONIDHERE#/
Replace ENTERITEMIDHERE with one of the item numbers and ENTERTRANSACTIONIDHERE with the transaction number.
If you can't find the transaction number, I have no clue if it will work but you can try:
https://www.ebay.com/sirt/si/view?from=sp%09&itemId=ENTERITEMIDHERE

I'll have to see if that option was selected. It probably was set to require immediate payments. The problem is that I'd recently changed these to allow money orders. You'd think that would undo any sort of "immediate" requirement.

IPR would have prevented the buyer from purchasing without paying. These orders are shown as unpaid, so it's probably not due to an IPR setting.

Aren't money orders restricted to a small number of categories that wouldn't include Playboys? How did you manage setting up that payment option?

My point is that if they are IPR listings, those actions cannot be done b4 or after payment! The "request total" and "send an invoice" options do not exist on IPR listings. I had one this summer wherein the seller agreed to combine an invoice and tried for 3 days to do so, the items showed as unpaid until we finally agreed to pay and then the seller refunded me the difference for combined shipping! The only hangup was they were IPR listings. Ebay ways are ebay ways and by no means efficient for either buyer or seller.

Yeah, your info that IPR prevents invoices is solid @transamcc. But doesn't IPR prevent an order from being placed without payment? I thought that was the whole point.
The one situation I can think of where that could be skirted is for auctions with buy it now. If buyers forego the BIN option and win with auction format, there would be invoicing issues since IPR was part of the listing. I don't know of another way someone could place the order without paying when IPR is on the listing.
OPs magazines were not auction format.
