Can't change postage option

Buyer paid £6.92 for Evri next-day postage. When I navigate to the Pay for Postage page, the 'Review and Pay' box shows £2.75 for basic postage. I can't find any way of changing the posting option. Thanks

How can I eliminate certain listings from the EIS program. We are opted in on all listings, the article says we can change individual listings. That does not seem to be the case.
