I ordered multiple items and two of them have no Estimated delivery time. If I have understood correctly, I have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file "I didn't receive the item" -request. Now, when I do not have the estimated delivery time, when should I contact the seller?
I did order three items from US to Europe from different sellers and one of them has estimated delivery time, which expired yesterday (17.2.2021). I am assuming that those two items should have similar delivery times, but I think this delivery estimate is quite optimistic, because I made my order 24.1.2021. Therefore, I would like to wait for products to be delivered, because I think they are on their way. Still, I don't want to wait too long, so I can't get my money back anymore, because Ebay gives no options for actions, if I wait too long. I don't like how Ebay doesn't show this information in order details and these options just vanishes when I wait too long.

You can try opening a INR case on them using the Resolution Center below. If it won't let you open the case, you know it's not time yet. Try that every day or so, at some point is will let you go ahead. What does your Purchase History page show for Est. Delivery Dates?

Purchase history page does not show estimations either. Sure I can try to open case every day, but I would not want to open case too early and it is extra work to try to do it every day. Ebay should fix problems like these.

for international shipments without an estimate it gives 30 days here is ebays wording for domestic they give 7
When we have no estimated delivery information, we consider the latest estimated delivery date to be 7 days from payment date for transactions between a buyer and seller in the same country, and 30 days from the payment date for buyers and sellers in different countries.

Hi @markofin it's not broken. Your expiration date is 23*2*21 in the policy.
