Is anyone else having the same problem with the new shipping label page. I have no option to choose regional B, medium or large flat rate boxes. Everything else it there. I can go to Pay-Pal to ship with medium or large flat rate, but Pay-Pal has no option for Regional rate boxes. Ebay has no answers and have no way to switch me back to the old shipping page. They told me to call back in a week if it is still not working, but I am loosing money every day without the regional B option. If someone knows how to tag ebay to try to get an answer to this I would appreciate it. Thanks.

Did you click on "USPS packaging" button? Also, it won't let you select a flat rate box if your weight is over the limit.

You can print labels for the Regional boxes at usps.com Click N Ship. Usually Click N Ship charges the retail postage for Priority Mail, but for the Regional boxes, they charge the regular online rate without adding the "retail surcharge" that you'd have to pay at the Post Office counter.

Geez, thanks for pointing this out. I also use regional boxes. I tried to ship a first class package of 15.3 ounces this morning and it would not recognize it as first class, only priority. That needs fixing also.

Assuming you are referring to the Bulk Shipping Tool, a cumbersome way to get to the classic shipping page is to edit the URL: replace "bulk?" with "bulk/rampRedirection?to=classic&"

If you have 15-20 packages, why aren't you using ebay's Bulk shipping? That is what I use, even for one box. Regional A & B are offered in the Bulk shipping.

From the sudden surge of screaming, I believe eBay has rolled out a new version of the bulk shipping page to a select but large group of sellers (otherwise known as "non-volunteering beta testers") ... this version of the page does not have a link to access the classic shipping page.

New shipping page is garbage. Pirateship.com is the way to go now, with access to regional rate, all flat rate options, and even cubic rate which is often cheaper than regional rates.

I would prefer eBay get it right ... aside from cubic shipping, a Top Rated Seller is able to purchase postage for 3% less than pirateship.

The weight limit for flat rate packaging is 70 pounds, same as for most other USPS services.
