I listed a sweatshirt for $8.99
Weight 1 lb 4oz
Buyer paid $ 8.99
Postage $12 90
Total $21.89
Ebay total $21.89
- fees $3.20
- shipping $18.94
Negative total .25 charged to my bank account (ME THE SELLER MADE $0 FROM THIS SALE)
Previously I paid Ebay the item cost minus fees and the shipping funds would have been sent to my bank and I would have paid from there (pay pal).
Please help me understand what is happening with this new shipping screen I HATE IT!
CERTAINLY not SELLER friendly. Is anyone else seeing what I have just described?

Says shipping was almost $19 so that is why the neg .25c; What 'type' of shipping have you chosen for that item (as well as size/weight)

Hmm, $12.90 is the retail postage to ship a 2-pound package to Zone 7.
$9.47 is the eBay postage to ship a 2-pound package to Zone 7.
2 x $9.47 = $18.94
It looks like you paid twice for that label. Are you sure that you didn't purchase two by accident?

Great catch!
To void a shipping label purchased through eBay, go to this page, find the order and select Void from the Actions drop-down. The void option is available for 5 days.
Make sure you're requesting to void the unused label, not the one you used.
It takes between 2-4 weeks to receive a refund on an unused, voided label. You'll see the refund on your original source of payment (bank, credit card, etc) and the funds will appear in your account without an email notification.
