Hello all! First time asking a question although I've been here often to get helpful information. 🙂
I tried to print a label this morning only to find a new update that does not provide the option to save the label, only print. I can't figure out how to print from my label printer without saving it. I normally print labels from my phone because I work from a Chromebook. I have a Jadens label printer. I'm still new to all of this. Any advice. Anyone else having trouble with the new format?

The option to save or open a label is a setting in your browser for how it handles PDF files.
You should not have to save the label to print it. Best to set your browser to open PDF files with Adobe and not its built in reader, especially for thermal label printers.

I am not that savvy on Adobe. I just bought thermal printer to cut down on expenses. Is it not possible to change the settings on ebay? I'm a assuming no. I wish I would have known this before I purchased it. Ugh!
As for Adobe, do I use Adobe extension, or download adobe. Omg! I don't know how to do this.

Regardless of whether you use Adobe or not, the option to either save or print the label PDF file is a function of your browser. However, if you are printing from your phone, are you using a browser or the ebay mobile app?
If you are using the mobile app, you want to post your question on the mobile app board for help.

Otherwise come back here with the browser you are using for more help.

Make sure you are logged in to your eBay account on your phone's browser.
Then go here:
https://gslblui.ebay.com/gslblui/bulk
On at least one label hit review purchase
At the bottom you will see an option to change the paper size. Change it to 4x6.
From now on eBay will generate your labels in the right format even in the app

If it doesn't have to do with the format of the size then maybe try downloading an app called Mopria Print and then add your thermal printer to it.
