January 27 is just around the corner and the new 2019 USPS rates go into effect. It would be very nice if eBay sent out an announcement with links to the specific changes - the average rate increase(s) is meaningless to most sellers - gotta' have the details.

Thanks in advance for looking into this matter - keep us posted. Sellers don't like to loose $$/profits.

eBay has posted the rate increases in the Announcements for UPS, Fed Ex & USPS with some links to the details on Jan 11.

It looks like UPS & Fed had some increases effective as soon as 4 days ago on January 7 or on December 26, 2018 or 16 days ago (Hmmm!!).

eBay has provided information and a link to the official USPS rates. However, sellers get a discount thanks to eBay with the USPS, so having the ACTUAL amount that I will be charged as a seller would be very nice to know so that I can crunch my numbers and alter pricing where needed.

eBay sellers who purchase online labels pay the published USPS Commercial domestic rates, as shown in the linked document.

Yes (sheepish grin). Just waded through the 4700 page government document and found it! *sigh* Trying to figure out how to easily tweak my listings to account for new rates...… Anyone have any suggestions?

Well, it does have a Table of Contents. Or you could text-search on the service you're interested in.

Regarding how to tweak your listings, that depends on whether you use free, flat rate or calculated shipping. If you're using calculated, then you can just relax since the new rates will immediately show up in your listings on January 27. If you're using free or flat rate, then use the prices in the new chart to set a new rate, using whatever process you used last time the rates changed (e.g., charge the Zone 5 rate, or add that amount to your asking price).
