Never received item (but it's been nearly a year)

I forgot I had ordered a gift for my husband 11 months ago and only now just realized I never received it despite its status being listed as delivered. Do I have any actions I can take? I've tried reporting an item as not delivered and contacting eBay directly but there seems to be no help available for an item after 90 days. I also tried entering the tracking number in searches but got no results. I've reached out to the seller, too, in hopes they can shed any light.

Any ideas or experience with this, anyone?

You waited too long. eBay's Money Back Guarantee window is 30 days. Shipping carriers often have a 60 day window for claims. After a few months tracking expires with most carriers. Most credit cards don't offer a dispute window longer than a few months. PayPal's dispute window for non-receipt is 6 mos.

A few credit cards offer up to a year to file a dispute.   Other then that,  not much you can do.  Was it an expensive item?   In that case you could have been a victim of the fake tracking number scam.
