Will eBay remove negative feedback for later delivery of an order that arrived on time? The customer is in California, and his package was shipped Oct 28th and arrived on Nov 1st, using his chosen shipping option (USPS Ground Advantage).
What's funny is the post office made a delivery attempt on the 30th and the 31st, but could not due to issues with access to his location on both dates.
Buyers like this baffle me, I am not sure why they would do this.

You can try to have it removed.
FB is not supposed to be about shipping being on time. As long as you the seller shipped on time this should be removed.
Also the Negative is because this buyer is made ay eBay and the late shipments every time. I would certainly request it be removed.

What was the last estimated delivery date seen in the listing?
Are you aware that a seller can respond to FB, but be careful.
If the item was delivered within the EDD, you might diplomatically point that out.
Or, if you are feeling adventurous, you could also point out that delivery attempts were made on the 30th and 31st.

I SHIP THE ITEM THE DAY IT IS PAID FOR, USUALLY 18 HOURS OR MORE BEFORE THE 24 HOUR GRACE PERIOD.
AND THEN, I DRIVE THE ITEM TO THE USPS PICKUP ON MY CAMPUS.
I DO THIS SO THAT---OFTEN----THE ITEM LEAVES 24 HOURS BEFORE EBAY REQUIREMENT.
I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DELIVERY, ONCE THE ITEM IS IN THE HANDS OF THE USPS.
WHY IS EBAY BLAMING ME FOR LATE DELIVERY?????????????
