Buyer changed ship-to address from VA to CA AFTER I sent invoice. When I asked for difference in shipping cost he refused. I cancelled order, he left negative feedback. How can I ask ebay to delete negative feedback?

I did cancel the order with "something wrong with the buyer's address". Still, he was able to leave negative comment and there is nothing I can do. Even the "remove feedback" option will not work. It tells me it is an invalid item or private listing
I find this extremely frustrating. After all, we sellers are the ones who pay ebay and make them money. And we get no support. The only thing I was able to do is leave a response to the buyers negative feedback.

@lacemaker3 not sending an invoice would not have avoided the issue. His ship-to address was listed on ebay as in VA. So, the calculated shipping cost would have shown that. When he paid, he changed the address to a place in CA and paid the lower cost.

If you had not sent the invoice, then the calculated shipping cost would have updated to match the address when he changed it. It does that automatically, which is the benefit of calculated shipping.
