Hello. I had a problem with an item I recently bought. I asked ebay's help. Now my case is "on hold." They said they asked for more info by email but I did not receive any emails. (Did check spams and everything.)

Why are you requesting a return
You need to identify reason for the return
"can't work out things with seller is not a valid reason it does not tell CS anything
Are you returning " not as described" , "do not like it" "missing parts" "does not fit"?
