I sold three items to someone in Sweden and agreed upon a combined shipping total for the items. I am not signed up for the Global Shipping Program. I regularily sell internationally and went through all of the filing in on the shipping label page (weight, box size, shipping method (priority/1st class) and customs declaration. Checked the addresses shown - both are correct and hit purchase. A label prints out for Ebay International Delivery via somewhere in Kentucky! I do not want this I want to ship directly. It will not allow me to get a refund for the $60 it charged. How do I cancel and get my money back? There is no VOID as there are on all other labels. It's been 15 minutes since I purchased it.
