Need help with combined shipping issues

Hi. One customer wants combined shipping costs. They say they sent a request for the total which seemed to go through. However, the next screen said in red text "this seller does not offer combined shipping." I did not receive any notification to send an invoice so I guess it didn't do through. I have done combined shipping before so I don't know what's wrong? What do I need to change to offer combined shipping? Thanks.

You need to enable combined shipping in your preferences:

1. Go to your preferences:
   • In Seller Hub, from the Shortcuts section, select Site preferences - opens in new window or tab
   • In My eBay, from the Account section, select Site preferences - opens in new window or tab
2. In the Selling Preferences section, select Show next to Shipping preferences.
3. Next to Offer combined payments and shipping, select Edit.
4. Under Combined Payments, select Edit.
5. On Edit Combined Payments, tick Allow buyers to send one combined payment for all items purchased. Select a time period for allowing combined purchases. We recommend 30 days after the listing ends.
6. Select Save.
