Need a return question answered

Ok so I bought a 4K movie and the seller sent me a Blu-Ray instead. I just started the return process. Am I going to be refunded for what I pay to send this back? There was no shipping cost to receive. Dude sent the wrong item so I shouldn't have to pay for anything.

If you file an INAD, seller will be responsible for return shipping and giving you a full return.

If you ship it back yourself, you will not get the return shipping fee back.
