I has bought a PS4 disc on ebay on 1st Dec 2017 until today to item does not come. So I contact to seller and he said I should goto resolution center and fill infomation that item does not receive. And before that He ask me I need a replacement or refund and I tell him I love that PS4 game I need a replacement. So when I goto resolution center I fill Don't receive item and fill with replacement. After I did it the seller message ma again he product is out stock. And tell me to close my request and fill with return item to refund able. And I did as he said so he message to me that it was done I will receive my fund back. But I check my Paypal account it does not have any refund transection. And ebay message to me after a day and they said that they cannoy refund back with return request and tell me to cloese my request again. And open Item lost in post claim to make refund able so I have did many request on Resolution center and how can I request lost in post claim and how to get my money back. I don't receive my item. I lost my money what should I do.....
You need to file an item not received case with paypal if that is how you paid. Or file a credit card chargeback. Since you closed the eBay case, eBay won’t help you. Never ever close a case before you have received a refund!
