that the supervisor closed the case and said my package was with a third party or USPS doesn't have the item. It has not been scanned since Nov 26th. It was only traveling from Long Island NY to western NY. Tracking number: 9405508205496902951881. The USPS tracking shows it was accepted and traveled a few steps. Then the auto arriving late scan.
The only thing suspicious I see is not listed on the USPS tracking- only on the eBay tracking. The eBay tracking shows USPS in possession of item, then processed through the next facility, THEN PRE-SHIPMENT USPS AWAITS ITEM. I am thinking this might be the problem/incorrect scan, but why is it not showing on USPS tracking website?
The timeline still seems too fast for it to have actually been delivered to the buyer at the time of the incorrect scan. I did contact the buyer (I know it's best to wait to be contacted). They said they have not received it. Any ideas? How fast do you refund? The estimated delivery was yesterday but really it should have been there much sooner. It is a Christmas item, luckily not very expensive. Thanks!!
