Well now lets see ..I sold an I tem purchased shipping through eBay ..Mistake #1 apparently ..Shipped it VIA UPS it arrived damaged ..Seller got in touch with me .he sent item back to me I refunded him.I filed damage claim report with UPS .After a couple weeks i called UPS , They said the claim has been paid ..To whom i ask to the shipper they say .Well I havent received anything . Who'd you pay? they paid eBay bacause I purchased shipping through eBay .Ok IFinally get in touch with India ..They said fill out a damage claim form and email to (damage claims support @UPS.com } with the subject line "Customized eBay claims support " Well ive done that with no results .no return emails saying they received my claim ..no nothing. eBay customer service SUCKS ...OH and by the way I was told that eBay is just a plat form. This is worse than trying to get something from the government ..But in the meantime eBay has helped themselves to about $100.00 in fees ..Guess thats why they cant refund me my measly little $125.00
