I purchased a coat that was described in the ad as "great condition" and noted no flaws, except for a detached button. What I received, however, is a coat with large rips in the lining in each armpit, as well as a significant rip in the middle seam of the lining. I also definitely do not believe the coat is 100% cashmere, as stated. (The coat has no label indicating the materials.)
The listing says returns are accepted, but buyer pays shipping. I don't believe I should have to pay shipping on an item that is not as described. How can I get the seller to pay for return shipping?

The sellers return policy applies to buyers remorse returns only. For not as described returns, money back guarantee is what applies, and the seller pays for return shipping. Just go to the resolution center and start a return request for an item that does not match the listing.
