Multiple Charges for 1 shipping label

I recently made a sale and when I went to buy a label I kept getting an error message about my payment method. When I changed payment methods it worked first try, back on the original payment method I have 6 charges and didn’t get a shipping level out of it. How do I get a refund for the 6 charges I didn’t get a label from?

Go to the label page and void each one........will take a couple of wks to get the credits........  Be sure you don't void the one you did get to print.

All the transactions got reversed. I’m all good thanks for the help though.

OK, sounds like they were just pre-authorizations and they were released.
