hi,the seller sent me the wrong items, the promble is those items are in China now, because I asked my friend to post package to china.So how can I do now? If I post to newyork will spend a lot money, and will cosr long time. I very need you help.

Did you use a freight forwarder? If so I believe that voids Ebays Money Back Guarantee.

Your registration shows you are located in the USA.

If you ordered 30 tubes of the item and only received 6, you should have filed an Item Not as Described case.  The seller would then need to provide a return shipping label, or refund your payment, or make other arrangements to send you what you paid for.  If the seller is not located in the USA, the seller would have to send funds so you can ship the items back since s/he cannot provide a shipping label that would be good in the USA.

Your "friend" should have opened the package to make sure you got what you paid for before shipping it to you. Now that your "friend" has shipped it to you, you no longer qualify for the money back guarantee.
