My Ebay shipping dates do not seem to recognize that January 2, 2023 is a federal holiday. Even our local UPS and Fedex stores are closed for the day. I have one day shipping and My Ebay is indicating that I need to ship by January 2, 2023 for this weekend's sales. Will Ebay please correct the shipping deadlines to account for the January 2, 2023 federal holiday?

Weird. Items that I sold yesterday and today are telling me I need to ship by the 3rd and I have one day handling time.

That's weird because I made sales both saturday and today all of which need to be shipped by Jan 4th, I have a 2 day handling time.
So parden me for sounding skeptical, because I am, you'll have to show me what your talking about.
If you are referring to the print label page because it does show tomorrows date, that is not important what's important is the ship by date next to the item as I have circled in the image below.

Normally for a recognized postal holiday eBay will not permit labels to be printed for the date in question. However, I just printed some labels (not paying attention to the date) and they all printed with today's date
January 2nd. My assumption therefore was that the post offices were open. Drove with my packages to the
post office and it was closed. I did not miss my shipping deadlines as they were later than the 2nd, but am
wondering if I will get 'dinged' because the post office scan will not occur until tomorrow. I had this same
problem several years ago and was under the impression that eBay had made coding changes to account
for post office holidays.

If the package is scanned within your handling time you won't get 'dinged' The date on the label is not taken into account, only the scan date.
