Missing ref number on GSP package

Hi .. I normally deselect GSP but must have left it enabled on a recent sale, I did not connect GSP to eBay’s programme and just thought the card was going to a business address.  I therefore did not include the ref number.  My package was sent special delivery with a ref 

NE749544982GB and the package will have my postcode and house number on the back BN21 2YB 316.  The ref should have been 

Ref# A7345543142FR.  Can someone advise how I get this info to the GSP unit in the UK.  Intlshipping@ebay

Hey @cococat15 . This is the .com forum. Not sure if GSP UK will identify package based on tracking number alone or if the missing reference number will cause issues. Is the tracking number added to the transaction? You can't add the GSP reference number after it's already shipped.

Ah ok will try uk site.  Yes tracking number is on listing so hopefully they can link but wondered if I could send the unit a message.  Thanks for the advice 👍
