Missing option for eBay return label - have to buy my own return labels now?

I accepted a buyer's return tonight, and thought I'd proceed to click the "send them a prepaid label for me" option, but its not there.   The only options are to upload my own label, confirm I already sent a label, or confirm I can't send a label (due to it being excessively large or international).

Any ideas whats up?

I ended up calling support and the first girl I got was not helpful at all - she assured me that ebay's policy had changed and that I would never be able to have ebay handle the label again.  Her supervisor was better - he said that it seemed like a bug and he would file a report, but I had to manually create a label from paypal and upload it for now.

This happened to you too: Has it happened again since then, and what did you do (see call above).

Happened again to me last week.  Supposedly they opened another case but I doubt developers are actually working on it.  I'm supposed to get a call back tomorrow with an update - doubt it will amount to much if they really do call
