Medium & Large Flat-rate Priority box option not showing up???

Is anyone having the problem of medium & large Priority box option not showing up?

With the new label format  you need to click the box I have circled
then you will see the flat rate boxes

I am having the same problem. Trust eBay to take something that was working and screw it up with unnecessary updates.
