Media Mail not available in Books

I am predominantly a book and music dealer and shipped a number of items media mail this morning. Just got another sale before USPS picks up and I went to print the shipping label. Item is fiction paperbacks that was listed in books. Media mail was offered at listing time and buyer selected it at check out.
I go to ship the item and media mail shows as buyer selected but shows as not available.
I am assuming this is a glitch? Has anyone else encountered this?
Hoping it is not an eBay policy change or a USPS change. I see no mention of either anywhere

Add another person to the list of sellers that can't ship books by media mail.

I suspect it's related to the latest categories shakeup.  While you're waiting for eBay to fix today's glitch, you can purchase MM postage online at www.PayPal.com/shipnow

I went to Tech help on it and he said I was the second one to complain today and he would add my complaint to tech support.  I would suggest everyone who has had a problem go to support and let them know.  I took things to the post office for media mail today.  A really bad mistake they made.  Be nice though.  It's not support who did this.

Since eBay has split from Paypal (as of today) can Buyers still pay with Paypal?

And, I assume that if you want to buy & print postage from Paypal to ship eBay items that none of the eBay info (item name, number, sale price, shipping price, Buyer's address, etc.) will be present and you'll basically have to make your shipping label from scratch and then send the Buyer tracking info and such via e-mail? Is that correct?

It seems to be a new policy and it is a PITA.  How do we protest?  Who do we email?  And also, where else can we sell our books besides Amazon?  I'm ready to try a new platform.
