Has ebay changed the amount they charge for USPS Media Mail shipping? Twice today I was charge $3.49 shipping when the previous cost in the past was $3.19. Do I now have to go through all my listings and change the shipping charges to reflect a new price?

It was USPS that raised the rates on media mail as of July 2022. You can either go directly to usps.com to view these and other rate changes or do a search of this forum where it is discussed. If your listings just use media mail, then you don't need to make any adjustments to them as the rate increase will automatically add in. If you are charging a flat rate for MM then you will have to change your listings. Best of luck to you....

Ebay does not set, increase nor decrease shipping charges. The USPS does that and there was a rate increase July 10.

You would only need to do that if you were entering a set shipping instead of using the shipping calculator. If you were entering a set shipping for the media mail, then yes you would need to change your listings...preferably to shipping calculator using dimension and weight for the media item so the problem will not exist with changed USPS charges.

In addition to what's been said, be mindful that ebay FVF has also effectively gone up with this USPS shipping increase and you'll have to account for that as well in your price changes. Good luck!

"Has ebay changed the amount they charge for USPS Media Mail shipping?"
Yes, eBay has changed the amount they charge for USPS Media Mail shipping. If you buy Media Mail postage on eBay today, it will cost you more than it did even two weeks ago. Because of this one reason: The USPS raised the price for Media Mail.
As a result, eBay also had to raise their price for Media Mail postage.
"Do I now have to go through all my listings and change the shipping charges to reflect a new price?"
That is solely and completely up to you. You don't say how many listings you currently have. It might be easier just to add a sentence in your description, maybe something like: "Please note that USPS rates may have increased."
